Terms and Conditions:
Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.
Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on room availability.
**P1 Place will not be liable/responsible for any loss of valuables or personal property if you do not hand over same to the Management for safe-keeping.
**Late check out between 2:00pm–6:00pm attracts 50% of the nightly room rate while beyond 6pm will attract full rate charge.
**Guest registration forms and policy must be filled and signed upon arrival.
**Rates are inclusive of 7.5% tax and 10% service charge.
**All rooms are non-smoking except the smoking ones and violation attracts ₦55,000 charge.
**All payment must be made in full before Check-in.
